Compound antioxidant colorant is a kind of natural compound pigment which is prepared, in the light of GB2760, from natural pigments of gardenia yellow, curcumin, lactoflavin, and other raw materials as well as suitable functional agents and auxiliary materials according to different customer requirements. It is widely used in coloring of flour products, meat products, candies, cookies, and preserved fruits. On January 9, 2012, we obtained the production license of national compound antioxidant colorant.
